How does Stress Cause Fat in Women's Belly?

To gain weight is sometimes a serious issue for women. Most of the time, women are very sensitive about what to eat and drink to keep their diet. It doesn't matter if it is a stress at work or stress due to personal problem like a relationship in confusion, or any other strenuous condition to encounter – it is obvious when things get rough. The feeling of wanting to eat over the continuing period can certainly lead you to gain extra pounds. Therefore, there are still many reasons why stress can make you become weighty.

On the other hand, an actual physiological body change when your stress can influence you to obtain more pounds compared to condition that you are not stressed. The changes actually based on the adrenal glands that manage the stress response and a lot of other primary functions in the body.

The body will prepare for the blow when your adrenal gland is out of balance, in which during this stage, the gland will store more calories.

Women who have adrenal imbalance usually expand your belly fat. According to scientists, the fat cells bear special cortisol for stress-hormone receptors. The Cortisol is the one that maintains the level of the glucose in the blood, even as insulin helps guide glucose into human being's cells.

Unfortunately, the belly fat is almost as like an endocrine organ that responds to the stress, stimulate to deposit more abdominal fat. This cycle will persist except you apply solutions to cure the adrenal imbalance.
