Drink plenty of water

Water is very important in our body. Less water can cause dehydration which may lead your body to hold the water. Berries like strawberries contain antioxidants to keep you always look younger; it fights premature aging. Eat more berries so that your hair nails, and skin will not be susceptible from harmful diseases for the antioxidants is a major fighter of toxins in the body. The toxins can be the basis of premature aging as well as energy loss. Any foods that contain high levels of antioxidants such as berries, oat-based foods, beans, and dark chocolates can get the beauty you want.
